






Smart List of the Week
We all know that depending if you're visiting a Spa, Salon, or other wellness business such as Cryotherapy, the time between appointments can vary. So this is a good smart list if your client wants to reach out to customers who booked a specific appointment (for example, eyebrow threading, deep tissue massage, etc.) but haven't return in x number of days. In the example below, the smart list targets clients who booked 60 minute deep tissue massage but have not booked an appointment in 30 days.

Help your customers build a smart list that will target consumers who have visited x service but have not visited x service. You can then attach this smart list to an automation or campaign to introduce other types of services the consumers should try. The business can even throw in a promo code for a discount as an extra incentive!
